These terms govern your use of the thebackyardcafe.co.in website and any court booking, event ticket, or other purchase made through it, operated by The Backyard By Grace Coffee, Shilaj-Rancharda Road, Shilaj, Ahmedabad ("we", "us", "The Backyard"). By using this site or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Court bookings
- Bookings are for the specific date, time slot, and court selected at checkout and are not automatically transferable to another slot.
- A booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed through our payment partner, Razorpay.
- Unpaid/pending bookings are automatically released after a short holding window so the slot becomes available to others again.

2. Event tickets
- Event listings, dates, and capacity are managed by us and may change; we'll try to notify ticket holders of material changes where contact details are available.
Event ticket cancellations and refunds are also covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Payments
All online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or other payment credentials on our servers. That data is handled directly by Razorpay under its own terms and security standards.
4. Conduct on premises
Guests using the courts, cafe, or event spaces are expected to follow venue staff instructions and any posted safety guidelines. We may refuse service or entry for conduct that endangers others, damages property, or violates applicable law.
5. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, scraping data at scale, or submitting false or fraudulent booking information.
6. Liability
Pickleball and other physical activities carry an inherent risk of injury. Participation is at your own risk, and we recommend appropriate footwear and warming up before play. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the venue or this website.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
