• Booking details: name, phone number, and the court/date/time you book.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Razorpay. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and a transaction reference, never your card, UPI, or bank details.
• Event ticket details: similar to bookings: name, contact info, and ticket selection.
• Technical data: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

• To confirm and manage your court booking or event ticket.
• To contact you about a booking (e.g. confirmation, changes, or issues with a slot).
• To keep the site secure by detecting and blocking abusive or fraudulent use (automated bot protection, rate limiting, login-attempt monitoring on staff accounts).
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Who we share it with

Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, under its own privacy policy and security standards. We don't share booking or contact details with any other third party except where required by law.

4. Data storage & security

Booking and event data is stored on our own servers over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to the staff/admin dashboard is protected by password authentication, two-factor authentication, and login-attempt lockout.

5. Cookies

We use minimal session-related cookies needed to keep you signed in to the staff dashboard and to protect booking submissions from cross-site forgery. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your choices

To ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion of your booking/contact history, email us at the address below and we'll respond as soon as we can.
